Netzlaboranten

netzlaboranten GmbH is an IT systems house in Gießen. It looks after the IT of small and mid-sized companies and medical practices in central Hesse, operates servers and web hosting and introduces Odoo as business software. Today is Life hosts todayislife.de with Netzlaboranten on a Plesk server.

About Netzlaboranten

By its own account, the systems house was founded more than ten years ago by Guy Simonow, who is also its managing director (About us at Netzlaboranten). His aim, according to the website: stable systems, clear processes and transparent support instead of quick tricks. Besides business customers, there is PC-Helden, an offer for private customers and small businesses: repair, setup and advice, plus network, backup and home office.

Services

IT infrastructure and managed services

Netzlaboranten see themselves as an external IT department (IT infrastructure). They advise on cyber security, recommend network and hardware to suit the size of the business and coordinate with the software suppliers. In the managed services package they monitor the systems, manage updates and take care of security and performance. The offer is modular, with predictable monthly costs and agreed service levels.

Hosting

The website lists two forms: virtual remote servers with individual specifications and ongoing support, and web hosting including email, on request with a WordPress installation and personal support (hosting offers). The company operates the mail servers itself; technical details are on nlab-hosting.de.

Digitalisation with Odoo

Netzlaboranten introduce Odoo as ERP, CRM, accounting or helpdesk, plus modules for projects, ticketing, warehouse, HR and marketing (Digitalisation). The process: first a joint analysis of where the business is getting stuck, then configuration for the business, setup, training and ongoing support with a fixed contact person.

What we do together

Today is Life hosts todayislife.de on a Plesk server run by Netzlaboranten. For questions about the server, we turn to their support. We develop software, business intelligence and AI ourselves. Netzlaboranten provide the server on which todayislife.de runs.

Who it suits

For companies and practices in central Hesse that outsource their IT and want a fixed contact person. Also for anyone looking for servers or web hosting from a provider based in Germany and who wants personal support. Whether this suits your plans is best discussed directly with Netzlaboranten.
