The team behind Today is Life

Today is Life works from Hamburg and Heraklion. When specialist knowledge, speed or a second pair of eyes is needed, Guido extends the permanent team with agents he has worked with for years.

How we see collaboration

Today is Life doesn’t work like a classic agency with a rigid org-chart logic. There is responsibility in Hamburg, a development partnership in Heraklion and, on top of that, a circle of specialised agents that has grown over time.

What counts is not the number of profiles but reliability in the process: whoever takes on a task also takes on its quality. And before anything counts as done, it gets checked once more.

Hamburg is where responsibility sits

In Hamburg, customer contact, product thinking, technical leadership and business responsibility come together. Not everything is built here, but this is where we decide what gets built and what Today is Life ultimately stands for.

The head office is therefore more than an address. This is where ideas, requirements and specialist knowledge become a clear line.

Heraklion is part of the story

The collaboration with TheRightClick in Crete didn’t just appear one day because we suddenly needed developers. It has grown over the years and is now a fixed part of how Today is Life works.

Hamburg’s responsibility combined with development work in Crete makes projects possible that would not reach the same quality with loose contacts.

Team culture is more than availability

For us, remote-first means well-rehearsed collaboration, not distance. Between Hamburg and Heraklion, knowledge, responsibility and feedback have flowed together for years in a way that creates more than a division of tasks.

That is the difference between a resource list and a team.

A circle of specialised agents joins the permanent team

Guido has worked with some of these agents for years. They take on clearly defined tasks in architecture, planning, testing, security, translation, research and quality assurance.

These agents are not people but AI systems with fixed working profiles. That is why we state it so clearly here.

So anyone working with an agent is not working with a natural person but with an artificial entity.

Agents

The current circle of agents

When specialist knowledge, control or a second look is needed, this circle joins in.

Agents at work

Each of these agents has a clear place in the process: planning, safeguarding, checking, building, writing or proofreading.
