BetterVisit is a web app in which patients, relatives, carers, doctors and clinics coordinate doctor visits and care appointments together. Each role sees only what it needs. Each organisation's data stays completely separate.

Coordinate doctor visits without the chaos

Medical care often suffers from a lack of coordination as soon as several people are involved: the patient, relatives, carers, several treating doctors. Who attended which examination and when, which findings are available, who needs to be informed – these questions are often settled through phone calls and loose notes instead of a shared system.

BetterVisit addresses four target groups, each with its own entry point: patients, doctors, clinics and carers. Each role sees the appointments and information relevant to it, without data flowing uncontrolled between organisations.

At the core of the architecture is strict multi-tenancy: each organisation (practice, clinic, care service) is completely separated from the others, and only system administrators have access across organisations. The application is built as a progressive web app, so it also works on a smartphone on the move.
