CoopDriver is a platform for delivery co-ops. Restaurants, shops and drivers run delivery together: with orders, route planning, time tracking and their own payroll for the drivers, without the margin of an outside platform.

Restaurants and small shops that want to offer delivery almost automatically end up with the big delivery platforms – with the commission that comes with them and little influence over their own drivers. CoopDriver takes a different route: restaurants, shops and drivers organise themselves in a co-op of their own and run delivery logistics together, instead of outsourcing it to an external marketplace.

The target group is accordingly small to mid-sized catering and retail businesses that want to organise delivery fairly, together with the drivers who actually ride the routes, rather than calculating against them.

CoopDriver covers the whole process, from the order in the shop to the drivers' payroll. There are also marketing landing pages for new co-ops and a petition feature for gathering interest in new locations or collectives.
