Pest control runs on appointments, evidence and paperwork

A pest control firm has many things to deal with at once: customers with different sites and risk categories, technicians out in the field, legally required HACCP inspections and, at the end, an invoice that has to add up correctly from time, materials and travel. When all of that runs through slips of paper, Excel and email, time is lost – and, if it comes to it, so is the evidence for the next inspection.

EULE was built for exactly this daily routine – together with a pest control firm that uses it every day. It is meant for firms with several field technicians and recurring inspection appointments at commercial customers.

The system covers the complete process: customer management with site type and HACCP status, project and appointment planning with technician assignment, a mobile field app as an installable progressive web app – works offline, with camera access, time tracking and a digital signature on site. Several AI functions are in productive use: automatic report generation in around 30 seconds, AI-assisted material recommendations, a suggestion for technician scheduling and even local pest identification by AI.

Since March 2026, EULE has been in daily use at Kleefeld Hamburg – with more functions than originally commissioned: GPS tracking, route optimisation, speech-to-text and a Telegram connection were added.
