The data is there, just in three different programs

In a pest control firm with 5 to 50 employees, the relevant information is usually spread out: job data in the industry software, open invoices in the accounting, staff questions in the calendar and email. Anyone in management who wants to know in the morning where the business stands clicks through all three. LyvaMind aims to make exactly this question (“What does the week look like?”) answerable directly, by Telegram or chat, without switching programs.

The idea is deliberately restrained in its use of AI: LyvaMind replaces no existing software. It only reads from the existing industry solution EULE and makes that data accessible in natural language. Most of the functionality rests on proven database logic and rules, not on a language model. Reliability before impressing. A locally running model is planned for text processing (around 70% of requests), and for more complex tasks such as image recognition a cloud model on the bring-your-own-key principle, where the customer stores their own API key.

The target group is pest control firms with 5 to 50 employees. LyvaMind is designed as an addition to the existing industry software EULE and is meant to be sold together with it, not as a stand-alone general-purpose AI tool for any SME.

Planned core functions

• 5 specialised chat personas for different roles (finance, operations, staff, general questions, documentation)
• Read-only EULE access via an API, no write permissions, so that nothing in the existing software can be changed
• Proactive alerts and a dashboard with a daily summary
• 4-role system for management, administration, team leads and technicians in the field
• Image upload for pest identification, time tracking and expense receipts as further planned building blocks
